At Orb Project Management, we believe in "Making Project Management Serious Fun" Founded in December 2023, we specialize in project management and team performance optimization, with a strong focus on enabling seamless collaboration, both in-person and remotely.
Our innovative application, Orb Brainstorming, empowers participants to collaborate effortlessly using smartphones, tablets, or computers to create digital sticky notes. These notes can be analysed through various methods like SWOT, KANO, or Yes/No evaluations, making it easier for teams to work together regardless of their location. Orb Brainstorming will be the key component of Orb Project, a comprehensive tool for managing projects of any size, from family events to large-scale industrial investments. Designed with remote and hybrid teams in mind, Orb Project ensures that collaboration is smooth and effective, no matter where team members are.
In addition, we offer team performance tools based on the Belbin® method, which can be used independently or integrated into Orb Project. This tool provides a 360° analysis of team roles, combining self-assessment with external feedback. Understanding each team member’s preferred roles allows for the creation of balanced, high-performing teams. The Belbin® method can also be leveraged during recruitment to define the roles required and identify the best fit for the team. All these features are designed to ensure that teams can collaborate effectively, whether they're working together in person or remotely.
We are also excited to announce an exclusive distributor agreement with Horion Intelligent Technology, allowing us to supply state-of-the-art interactive screens and computer monitors, further enhancing remote and in-person collaboration capabilities.
