KEYPROD is a unique production tracking solution, enabling every manufacturer to digitalize their workshop.
Founded in 2019, KEYPROD is the digital subsidiary of JPB SYSTÈME, a pioneer in the aerospace industry and designer of self-braking solutions. JPB SYSTÈME places great emphasis on innovation, which has enabled it to develop a production monitoring tool that opens the doors to the industry of the future: KEYPROD.
KEYPROD was instinctively born on a workshop floor, when faced with the various problems encountered by the vast majority of manufacturers. Initially a "simple" internal production monitoring tool, KEYPROD is a solution created by industry for industry, supported by a strong need for digitalization and process improvement.
Now accessible to all, KEYPROD is an entity in its own right, developing unique Plug and Play production tracking solutions. All hardware and software technological building blocks are developed in-house, combining artificial intelligence, state-of-the-art IoT and scalable applications. All based on a simple concept: transform machine vibrations into performance indicators and gain in productivity.

KEYPROD is the first and only production monitoring solution to connect machines via vibration. Forget complex connections in a heterogeneous machine park, make way for industrial retrofitting. With KEYPROD, it's now possible to digitize a workshop without even stopping production in progress, to collect and analyze production data, and above all to provide solutions adapted to the problems identified.

The foundation of this solution is based on IoT boxes equipped with a cutting-edge algorithm, magnetized directly to the machine during production, and capable of analyzing the vibrations generated while transforming them into productivity indicators. Boxes that can identify the operating status of machines, and even count parts during production. Directly linked to the cloud platform, data is compiled: causes of stoppages, SRT, ERR, GRR, Pareto losses, non-quality and many other production indicators are collected.
Thanks to KEYPROD, it's now possible to connect a machine in less than 10 minutes, while gaining an average of 10 to 15% in OEE.
