Easy handling of pick-and-place applications with variable placement and storage positions using the touch probe. When the digital sensor is triggered, the trigger position is determined with high precision in space and projected onto the robot path. The position obtained can either be saved for later use or a remaining distance positioning is initiated. Measurement and positioning takes place while the application is running and is fully integrated into the robot language.
