Trained as a lawyer, I specialize in the field of education (both professional and initial). As a project manager, I led the IMT's 'Osons l'industrie du futur' project, which focuses on key sectors and functions in the industry to identify in-demand jobs and new skills essential for the industry of the future. For the IMT’s Observatory of Professions, I coordinate and conduct monitoring and forecasting to identify emerging trends regarding the evolution of jobs across all sectors and the skills needed in collaboration with companies. To this end, I also manage the MOOC 'Ose les métiers de l'industrie du futur' and organize career guidance webinars to showcase the wide range of career opportunities in the industrial sector.
