Founded in 2017, IDEMOOV, transforms your needs into operational digital solutions thanks to our expertise of the IoT disciplines, AI and embedded, front and back-end developments. We develop innovative solutions to digitalise and optimise business uses and processes.
As a creator of uses, IDEMOOV's aim is to help its customers move into Industry 5.0. We draw on our expertise in connected objects to design tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of professionals.
We design connected and autonomous objects throughout the entire process, from board design and prototype manufacture to small series production, from real-time embedded software development to user portal development.
All IDEMOOV connected objects are controlled and managed remotely : we set up the business application and take care of operational maintenance (firmware updates, error management, etc.).
To support our customers, we analyse needs, draw up specifications and produce a prototype that can be used to implement a POC. Once the POC has been validated, we develop the necessary hardware and software resources, ending with validation tests and integration on the customer's premises.
IDEMOOV guarantees follow-up and assistance, relying on staff training through skills transfer, and ensuring the scalability of the solutions we have developed and deployed.

- ideTIME: A solution for managing the working hours and interventions of itinerant staff, using connected mobile punch clock, it meets the needs expressed in many areas of activity (Maintenance & cleaning; Fittings; Temporary staff; Construction; Landscaping; Hotels & restaurants; Security, etc.). It can be used as a mobile or fixed time clock, and also manages leave and absences, schedules and shifts, and invoicing (setting up your own types of work with customisable hourly rates). Thanks to our APIs, our solution interfaces easily with your tools (HR; Payroll; ERP, etc.).
- ideFLEET: Offered on a white label basis, this is an electric vehicle fleet management solution for all types and sizes of fleet (private, rental, free-floating, etc.) and vehicles (bicycle, scooter, car, professional vehicle: fenwick, truck & logistics, site machinery, etc.). Our solution is not based on bluethooth technology but on IoT, which we interface with the vehicle controller. We offer a web application for the fleet manager and the manufacturer, as well as a mobile application for the end user and the maintainer. Our IoT is a compendium of technology: geofencing (traffic authorisation and prohibition zones; speed limit zones); accelerometer (fall detection); GPS (theft prevention), etc. For self-service hire, we integrate the payment system directly (flat rate on unlocking; rate per minute or km travelled).
- ideINDUS (coming soon): Predictive Maintenance based on AI and data science. The aim: to analyse, identify and predict breakdowns so that you can optimise your processes and production lines by anticipating maintenance requirements.
- IdeFIND (coming soon): Equipment geolocation solution down to the centimetre. Based on UWB technology, this solution will help you seamlessly digitise the management of warehouses, workshops and production lines, stabilising internal processes and optimising productivity.
- ideBEE: A connected beehive that remotely, autonomously and in real time collects information on living conditions in the hive, the state of health of the bees and alerts you to pest intrusion, without the need for direct intervention by the beekeeper. A CSR solution, it can also be used to analyse air quality and weather conditions. The little extra : the goodies we're offering on our stand are little jars of 100% homemade honey.
