The Climaxion Program is an ambitious approach by the Grand Est Region and ADEME which places the Grand Est and its territories at the heart of the challenge of energy transition and the circular economy. It is built around eight strategic axes: energy efficiency and environmental quality of buildings, renewable and recovery energies, circular economy and waste management, sustainable territories, low-emission mobility, agriculture and forestry, sustainable tourism and aims to bring together stakeholders. and to support territories in the implementation of concrete solutions. For each component of the program, a set of support measures has been developed, intended for communities and associations, social landlords, co-ownerships and businesses.
