Description

The main fields of expertise of our engineers cover physics and photonics, electronics and nanosciences, automation and robotics, signal and image processing, computing, networks, the Internet of Things , data science and artificial intelligence as well as engineering for health. Students trained at Télécom Physique Strasbourg are thus able to respond to the challenges posed by the digital, ecological, climate and energy transitions that we are experiencing, by offering innovative solutions. The school is backed by two laboratories of the University of Strasbourg ICube and the IPCMS of international visibility, which allow it to offer options and courses of excellence with the possibility of a double degree (Engineer + Master) for those and those who wish to bring a research dimension to their course. The School's educational project is part of this versatility: to train engineers of a high scientific and technical level, recognized as having scientific and managerial skills within the companies that recruit them, knowing how to lead a team and become the elements drivers of their business development. It is a question of reconciling the development of the two fundamental qualities of today's engineer: the ability to meet the immediate needs of companies and the essential adaptability to current technological changes. The School's educational project also incorporates the concepts of sustainable development, socio-ecological transition and knowing how to be in a world undergoing profound change.
