Counting signals data acquisition
Description
ADDI-DATA offers a wide range of data acquisition systems for counting signals, intended for applications such as event counting, position acquisition, axis control, etc.
This range consists of several product families, to meet different needs.
Firstly, we offer plug-in boards for industrial PCs, compatible with PCI, PCI Express and Compact PCI interfaces, and supporting several counting functions: BiSS, EnDat, incremental counter, Sin/Cos, counter/timer, pulse acquisition, frequency measurement, SSI, MLI-PWM, TOR... The integrated FPGA target allows, if necessary, a customisation of the application to better adapt to our customers' needs. Our boards are particularly suitable for industrial use: safety filters, operating temperature between 0°C and 60°C, 1000 V galvanic isolation, immunity to electromagnetic interference.
On the other hand, ADDI-DATA designs remote Ethernet systems for use close to the process. Compatible with several counting functions - EnDat, incremental counter, Sin/Cos - these systems are robust and designed for harsh industrial environments: IP65 certification, operating temperature between -40°C and 85°C, 1000 V galvanic isolation, immunity to electromagnetic interference.
Finally, ADDI-DATA also offers a resolver → digital converter, allowing the position value transmitted by the resolver to be converted into a digital signal.
For all these products, ADDI-DATA also provides a customisation service, to better meet the specific needs and constraints of its customers; as well as technical support (updates, replacement...) for several years.
