AVA OP is a solution dedicated to manufacturers, enabling them to create fun, attractive operating procedures, also known as work instructions, and distribute them anywhere, anytime, via a mobile application.
It enables technical information to be conveyed more quickly and easily to people in the field: assembly operators, fitters, maintenance technicians...
Starting from a 3D model, design engineers save time by building guides online, and distribute them on tablets. In the production workshop or on site, the guides are accessible and interactive via our application. Operators can follow the assembly steps, manipulate 3D, visualize assembly trajectories, be alerted to the tools and PPE required to complete the step... In a way, they have a digital and interactive assembly guide, which makes their procedure more intuitive and easier: +30% time saving on assembly, -70% risk of error.
